The ColdRite Story Starts With Jim Bullock

ColdRite was founded by Jim Bullock in 1999 with a clear focus: do the job properly and deliver work customers can rely on.

What began as a local operation has grown into one of Hawke’s Bay’s most established names in heating, cooling and refrigeration, while remaining family run and locally operated.

Jim remains hands-on in the business and continues to lead the team with the same standards ColdRite was built on: straightforward advice, correct installation and dependable long term support.

Today, ColdRite is supported by an experienced team of technicians and installers, along with family members working across the business.
